Microsoft applied for the new trademark "CHARM" will be used for Windows 8

  

September 19th news, according to foreign media reports, Microsoft has submitted a trademark application for the word "CHARM" in September 12th. The "CHARM" trademark applied by Microsoft is in the category of computer and software products as well as electronic and scientific products. Microsoft interprets the term as a computing program: a graphical user interface between software and the operating system.

Microsoft's CHARM will be used in the latest disclosures of the Windows 8 operating system. The blog site TechCrunch pointed out that Microsoft has not registered microsoftcharm.com or windowscharm.com so far, providing an opportunity for malicious website registrants.

On the touchpad Windows 8 operating system, sliding the display from the right hand direction displays the CHARM function. In traditional keyboard and mouse systems, this feature is accessible in the lower left corner of the display.

CHARM features include:

· Search: Allow users to search for this operating system or all applications.

·Share: Applications that use search contracts can share data through this feature.

·Start: Let the user return to the start screen.

· Device: Displays the connected hardware device.

· Settings: Display app settings and brightness, volume and off options.
