Microsoft does not send Windows Phone Mango update

  

According to foreign media reports, this week, the headlines in major websites are all around Microsoft's BUILD conference and Windows 8. Microsoft showed Windows 8, desktop and server operating systems. At the same time, there are rumors that Microsoft will release the Mango update for Windows Phone 7 this week.

Recently, the Wpdev blog pointed out that this week, Microsoft will release the Mango update, along with the final version of the developer tools. However, unfortunately, this news is not accurate.

Joe Belfiore, Microsoft's vice president/Windows Phone project leader, made it clear on Twitter that September 15 is just an rumored date, and Microsoft will not release Mango updates.



At the same time, Nokia tweet confirmed that the first Windows Phone device is still under development and will be officially on sale in the fourth quarter. According to sources from the Engadget website, the release date for the Windows Phone 7 Mango update is in 2012.



In other words, in the fourth quarter of 2011, Nokia launched Windows Phone 7.5 device, but until 2012, will be officially running Mango update.
