What if the XP system wireless network connection is restricted?

When using a laptop to connect to a wireless network, suddenly the wireless network is restricted or not connected. What is going on? After restarting the router, I found that it still can't be used. How can we solve this problem? If we use a mobile device to connect to the wireless network and it also shows that it can't connect, then there is a problem with the router, but if the laptop can't connect, it depends on the computer settings. Let's look at the solution together.

Prevention: Modify the routing password, use a good network cable, reduce the barrier between the route and the computer, reduce the reflection of metal! Interference from other wireless signals, such as interference in the same frequency band. Modify in the route, the default is the frequency band 6, multiple wireless signals, it will be changed to other, not as good as others.

Don't let others move your route, otherwise someone else can restore your routing settings with you after setting the password!

Often, is it related to the quality of your own routing? Or is the vendor providing the network service reliable? Like my Tietong, although it is cheap, but when there are many people in the evening, there is still a time when you can't access the Internet, the same situation as yours!

About setting password:

There is a default ip behind the wireless router, 192.168.1.1. Account: admin Password: admin.

You are using wireless. Then. You first right click on your own wireless network icon - Properties - Properties and you will see the TCP/IP protocol selected and change your IP to 192, 16.1.2~255, just one, so you open IE, input, 192.168 .1.1, this is the IP of your route. After entering, you can see the relevant options, or you can change your own route to 192.168.2~255.1. It is impossible for others to know what you changed. It is the same meaning as changing the password. It is not for others to enter your route. Change the password there, as long as you enter the route, you will see the option yourself, you don't need to say more, your password will be disconnected after changing the password, then you find the available wireless network in the network neighborhood, you see Go to your own route, connect later, you will be prompted to enter the password. After you enter your own changed password, you can connect, and then you can access the Internet. Others can't route, share your network, and maliciously change you. Password!

1. Right click “&ldquo "Network Neighborhood" pop-up menu, select "Properties";

2. Right-click "Wireless Network Connections" pop-up menu, select "Properties";

3. Go to "Wireless Network Configuration", check "Use Windows to configure my wireless network settings (W)", click on the "Preferred Network" menu and click on "Attributes";

4 The following page appears, fill in the following steps according to the router settings information: "Network Authentication", "Data Encryption", "Network Key", select the same as the router, and check "Also even if some networks are not broadcast." , also connect (N) & rdquo;, after everything is filled out, click & ldquo; OK & rdquo;, as shown below:

Second, check whether the router's DHCP server is closed

Wired connection routing The IP address of the local connection is automatically obtained to see if the IP address can be obtained. If the IP address is obtained, the DHCP server is not closed. If the IP address is not obtained, the prompt is restricted, that is, the DHCP server is closed, and the user needs to be taught. Enable the DHCP server. The specific steps for enabling the DHCP server are as follows (Windows XP is used as an example):

1. Right-click ——“Network Neighborhood" Properties;

2. Right-click on the "Local Connection" status and select the "Support" column to see if it is "by DHCP" <;

3. If the display is "Restricted by Connection", click “ General, enter the "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)" attribute, click “ use the following IP address (manually assign IP address) & rdquo;, then & ldquo; determine & rdquo;;

4, Go to the router background and select “Advanced Settings>——“Network Settings”——“LAN”, set the DHCP type to “server>;

Whether it is connected to its own wireless signal

Wired into the router backend home page, check the WLAN wireless connection status, and confirm whether the SSID number displayed here is its own SSID number.

Fourth, check whether the IP address has been allocated

Enter the router home page, select “Advanced Settings”——“Network Settings”——“LAN&rdquo ;, check the starting IP address, end IP address, see if the IP address assigned to your computer is in the area, if there is no area to increase the starting and ending IP address, until it can be assigned to all computers.

With the above settings, you can solve the problem of "wireless network is restricted". When users use the router, they must occasionally check whether the router is infected by viruses, and ensure that everything is normal.
