Windows XP automatic restart failure simple solution

When Windows XP encounters serious system and program failures such as "blue screen", it will automatically restart (not sure that this is Microsoft's trick to let everyone see the "blue screen" )) This is the "automatic restart" feature provided by Windows XP. So when the system goes wrong, people often can't see the cause of the error, and the system has automatically started itself. Turning off the "automatic restart" feature will at least let the user know where the error is, which will help solve the problem. 1. Select Start→Control Panel→Performance and Maintenance→System to open the System Properties dialog box. 2. Select the "Advanced" tab, under "Startup and Recovery", click the "Settings" button. 3. Under "System failure", uncheck the "Automatically restart" checkbox and click the "OK" button.
