Let Windows XP automatically enter the specified boot mode

  
        When there is a problem with Windows XP and you need to enter a certain startup mode (such as safe mode), you have to keep an eye on the screen during the restart of the computer. Immediately after the system self-test, press the F8 key to open the advanced Start the menu to make a selection. If you have multiple operating systems installed, you will need to press the F8 key immediately after selecting the XP system. Once you miss the opportunity to press the F8 button, you have to go back to this long process. In fact, we can let Windows XP automatically enter the specified startup mode, thus eliminating the above troubles.

Create a shortcut on the desktop, in the project location, enter: E:WindowsXPPCHEALTHHELPCTRBinarIEsMsconfig.exe -4 (assuming XP is installed in the E-disk Windows XP folder). Run this shortcut, the system will automatically open the four tabs "BOOT.INI" of the "System Configuration Utility" (as shown), select the Windows XP system to be started, and select it in the "Startup Options" below. The startup mode that the system automatically enters the next time it is turned on. Once you have made your selection, click "OK" to restart your computer and you will automatically enter the specified startup mode.
