Five strokes to solve the problem of delay after Windows XP startup

Someone asked this question, I still let it out, to facilitate the rookie friends.

Symptom: When you start the system interface, you can't open anything. It takes about a minute to open.

Solution:

First, please upgrade the virus database of anti-virus software, comprehensive anti-virus, to eliminate the cause of the virus. what? You don't have anti-virus software!? - Unless you are an old bird (this prawn and old bird skip ^_^), it is recommended to install. What? Piracy, can't upgrade!? Don't ask this question, think for yourself!

Second, start → run, enter msconfig → OK. In the open system configuration program, close some unimportant services and startup programs, and restart the computer.
Third, enter "My Computer" - Tools - Folder Options - View - Cancel the "Auto Search Network Folders and Printers" check.
Fourth, Start → Settings → Network Connection → Right-click "Local Area Connection" → Properties → double-click "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)" → If the IP address is empty, click "Use the following IP address" to specify the IP address and subnet mask. If the IP address can be set to 192.168.0.X (X is any value between 1-255), the subnet mask can be set to 255.255.255.0 → OK → OK.
Five, clear the prefetch directory, enter the C: WINDOWSPrefetch folder, delete all files with the extension pf, restart.
