Win10 annual upgrade 10586 release! Massive update content

Known Issues:

- When upgrading from one Windows 10 Insider Preview Build to another, Skype messages and contacts in the Messaging + Skype app will disappear. Navigate to “C:\\Users\\<USERNAME>\\AppData\\Local\\Packages\\Microsoft.Messaging_8wekyb3d8bbwe\\LocalCache” in the Explorer to delete or rename the &PoveateTransportId” file to retrieve Skype messages and contacts . After deleting or renaming the “PrivateTransportId” file, enter the Skype video app, exit Skype and log back in.

- After upgrading to Windows 10 Build 10586, the Insider Hub app will disappear. You can manually add Insider Hub, go to Settings > System > Apps & Features, click “Manage Optional Features>, select “Add a Feature"; and select Insider Hub.
