Win10 KB3074681 update caused the desktop process to crash

Computer store news: Microsoft still updated the preview version before Windows 10 officially released. However, according to developers involved in the Windows Insider project, an update that Microsoft pushed on Saturday, KB3074681, caused the Explorer to crash. One developer pointed out that when you try to uninstall or modify an installed program under Control Panel's "Programs and Features", Explorer will immediately crash and reload the process.

This means that the installed program cannot be modified in the control panel of the affected machine. In addition, a crash can occur when a user enables or disables an active network connection. And Microsoft has not yet launched an emergency fix. If you accidentally disable the network adapter but can't enable it again, you can use the troubleshooting function in Windows 10 system as follows:

Hit the Windows key (WinKey) and type "Troubleshooting" ( Troubleshooting) and click on the icon;

Click on the left side of the window to view all & rdquo; (View All);

Click on <;Network Adapter" (Network Adapter), then click “ Next step>;

Windows 10 will detect the disabled network adapter and re-enable it (this will not cause the resource manager to crash).

At the time of the release of Windows 10, there are only 2 days left, I hope that Microsoft can fix this problem as soon as possible, bringing a more perfect Windows 10.
