Win7/XP is strong, Win8/8.1 still does not force

  

Computer Store News: Microsoft has said that Win8.1 is an upgraded version of Win8. Many users have switched to Windows 8.1, but the new chart does not look like this.

According to market research firm StatCounter, data for the first three weeks of the month showed that Win8.1 still lags behind Windows Vista, with market shares of 1.93% and 4.39%, respectively.


Windows 7 is still the biggest winner with a market share of 54.97%, which means that every two desktop computers in the world have one running Win7; Windows XP, which is about to retire, is second, the market. The share is 19.87%; Windows8 is followed by 8.05%.

At the same time, the news said that Microsoft will bring back the start menu and several new options in the future Windows9 (Windows 8.2), such as running the Modern application in the desktop window.
