Windows 10 RedStone Build 14251 released

Computer store news: Windows 10 Insider preview version jumped slightly from 11099 to 11102, and today Microsoft's Fast Ring user for Windows Insider project pushed version number to The 14251 Windows 10 preview is part of the latest version under the RedStone branch, and the version number has jumped dramatically.

Gabriel Aul, the head of Microsoft's WDG Engineering Systems team and Microsoft's senior vice president, explained the major jump in the tweet in the tweet:

In the history of the development of Windows systems, the code of the mobile platform and the code of the PC platform are different due to different R&D teams and different routing arrangements. In the Windows 10 system, we integrated it into a unified Windows team, and the two platform code into us we have started to create a patch, but users can run the command line schtasks /delete /TN &ldquo ;\\Microsoft\\ lines merged with each other.

We have begun to adjust the system version numbers of the two platforms, which is why the mobile and desktop versions are very similar in recent years, but there are still some differences between the two. One of the cores of team work is to use a common code base in the next version, so we decided to synchronize the version numbers of the mobile and desktop.

Because the mobile codebase already uses a higher version number than the desktop, we need to upgrade the version number so that we can synchronize updates in future updates. This is also why the version number skips directly to 11105/11106/11107 and jumps directly to 14251.

No new features have been added to the Windows 10 Build 14251 released today, but it has brought a number of system bug fixes and background performance improvements. The main content is:

● We have fixed intermittent problems or crashes similar to Narrator, Magnifier and other third-party assistive technologies.
