Data shows: Win10 has accounted for 10% of the desktop operating system market

Computer Store News: According to the latest data from Net Applications, in December 2015, Windows 10 has successfully captured 9.96% of the desktop operating system market share, up 1 percentage point from the previous month. Since its official release in late July 2015, Windows 10 has made great strides in Microsoft's strong (hard) promotion. However, at present, Windows 7 is still the king of the desktop operating system (55.68%), and the longer-lasting Windows XP also has 10.93%.

Windows 8.1 ranks third with 10.30%, but I don't think it will take long for Windows 10 to catch up. Earlier, we reported that Windows 10 installed in 2015 was close to more than 200 million.

Since late July 2015, Windows 10 has an average of 40 million new installations per month. Given that Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 users can upgrade for free, this number is quite impressive.
