Microsoft: Win10 virtual desktop option features detailed

Computer Store News: Microsoft today posted some useful information on the new virtual desktop options in Windows 10 on its official blog, and called on Windows Insider members to provide constructive feedback on this feature.

Microsoft has been using the virtual desktop feature since its first Windows 10 public preview in September last year. However, Microsoft is currently asking users to respond to a controversial special default option:

On the one hand, some users want to see a more differentiated desktop, and only want to see open on the current desktop. Window. On the other hand, other users want the taskbar to always provide them with access to all open windows, no matter which desktop they are on.

We believe that both options have their own utility, so we set it to a user setting (ie one for the taskbar and one for Alt+Tab). But the real problem is that we don't know which one to set as the system default, so we think you have the final decision.

In the recent update we conducted A/B testing of the taskbar performance with Insider members. If you receive a notification reminder asking what kind of taskbar performance you want to use when using a virtual desktop, please let us know what you think.
