. Q: Open the “Task Manager” under Windows XP. In the “Process” column, the user name cannot be displayed in the column. The entire column is blank. . Even if you set it in the menu “View”→“Select Column", it still can't be displayed, what should I do?
A: This is caused by the system not starting the service <Terminal Services” . Run “services.msc”, find the service <Terminal Services", double click to open its properties. Then select “Manual" or "Automatic" in the "Startup Type" drop-down box on the "General" tab to enable the service to start normally each time the system is started. Finally, click the “Start” button to start the service.
Summary: This phenomenon is mostly caused by the user accidentally disabling the service "Terminal Services" when the system is optimized.
